Place this template after a wikitext link or citation template to show that it is a dead link.

For a wikitext link, place this template directly after the terminating ]
For a citation template, place this template directly after {{Cite ...}} and before </ref>

The article this template appears on will automatically be added to Category:Articles with dead external links.
