There seems to be no item level restrictions for all corruption enchantments, however, the modifiers seem to be weighted.[guesswork?]

Armour

Some corruption enchantment modifiers on armours can only appear in certain base types that match their defence stat.

For example, a Body Armour with Evasion and Armour can obtain "% increased Armour and Evasion" but not "% increased Energy Shield."
