Mechanics
Each use of a crossbow skill while the effect of 100% chance to not consume a bolt if you've Reloaded Recently is active will consume one fewer bolt. For most crossbow skills this means that no bolts will be consumed, however Hailstorm rounds, which usually fires all loaded bolts at once, will consume all of those fired bolts but one. Triggered effects such as Auto Reload support do count as reloads to enable this ability.
