Balbala's Barya is a quest item version of a Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Djinn Barya" that can be used to gain entry to the Trial of the Sekhemas.

First time: Allow me to repay you for freeing me from my imprisonment. By my right as a Djinn, I invite you to participate in the Trial of the Sekhemas. There, I can earn my rest, and you may prove yourself worthy of the wisdom of the Maraketh.
Afterwards, the dialogues are randomized:
