Witchbane is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Witchhunter that gives you the ability to break an enemy's Concentration, reducing their cooldown recovery thus increasing the time between their reuse of skills.

Mechanics

Enemies have maximum Concentration equal to 40% of their maximum life. When you hit an enemy, they also lose Concentration equal to the damage you deal. The lower their concentration gets, the less cooldown recovery they have.

An enemy will start to regain their lost Concentration if you do not hit them for 5 seconds.
